I am still offering Beginning level personal sessions to those in the SE training program. 


As a trauma-informed and mindfulness-based psychotherapist, I believe that getting to know and be with yourself through a lens of gentleness and clarity can be a pathway to deep healing and transformation.

Through learning to accept ourselves and growing our capacity to sit with our experiences, we can gain freedom from outdated beliefs that no longer serve us, as well as cultivate the space and capability within ourselves to resolve trauma and adverse life experiences. By working with our nervous systems in a way that supports more regulation, flexibility, and choice, we can begin to navigate struggles and transitions in our lives. Beyond those struggles, we can also begin to more confidently step onto new paths and create shifts in our lives and relationships.
